About Our Gold
Is your jewelry real solid gold?
Yes — always. Every piece at MiDGoldToronto is made from solid 14K or 18K gold. We never sell gold-plated, gold-filled, or hollow pieces. Our items are stamped with their karat mark (750 for 18K, 585 for 14K) so you can verify the purity yourself.
What is the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
18K gold contains 75% pure gold — it has a richer, deeper yellow color and is more precious. 14K gold contains 58.5% pure gold — it is slightly more durable and more affordable. Both are excellent for everyday wear. We recommend 18K for a more luxurious look and 14K if you want something you can wear every single day without worry.
Will the gold tarnish or fade?
No. Solid gold does not tarnish, rust, or fade. Unlike gold-plated jewelry which wears off over time, solid gold maintains its color and shine for a lifetime with basic care.
How do I verify my jewelry is real gold?
Look for the karat stamp on the piece — 750 means 18K, 585 means 14K. You can also take it to any local jeweler for a quick verification test at no charge.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. No minimum order required. International shipping is available at economical rates calculated at checkout.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped via DHL with full insurance. Your jewelry is carefully packaged and protected every step of the way. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

How is the jewelry packaged?
Every order arrives in a luxury gift box — beautifully presented and ready to give as a gift or keep as a treasure. No extra charge for gift packaging.
Can I order as a gift?
Absolutely. All our jewelry ships in gift-ready boxes. If you'd like a personal note included, just mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll add it for you.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first at midgold750@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or full refund.
